Making the Experience of Elective Surgery Better

Patient experience is one of the three pillars of quality in healthcare.

In this Quality Improvement article, we demonstrated how we increased the proportion of patients who described their experience of their pre-operative care as “excellent” or “good” from 65% to 96%.
